We had today a very strange issue. Everytime we sent a new ticket to the ticket system, the email was modified. First we though it came from our disclaimer or signature in Exchange, but that was not true.

The solution is easy, but it took us 2 days with testing, etc.

Dont use an Exchange contact for the Helpdesk address. Instead use Mail User and create a transport rule for forwarding to the Helpdesk address. Then there is no problem.
